    Frequently asked questions

    How does the free trial start?

    Choose the 14-day free trial on the form and submit it. We'll call you within one business day and open your trial account for you—there's no self sign-up, and no credit card required. We set the scope of your trial account together, based on your business. If you don't choose a plan by the end of the trial, your account is suspended and you won't be charged.

    How long is the live demo, and do I need to prepare?

    The demo takes 30 minutes, usually over a phone call, and no prep is needed. We tailor it to your gym based on the type of business, number of branches, and turnstile setup you choose on the form. If there's something specific you want to see, add it in the notes.

    Can you bring my own data into the trial account?

    Yes. When we open your trial account, we migrate your members, memberships, and sessions left from your current software, spreadsheets, or paper records. If you choose a plan, your data carries over as is.

    I'm not sure which plan I need. Is that a problem?

    Not at all. Choose "Not sure yet" on the form. We'll help you pick the right plan based on your number of branches, your turnstile needs, and any add-ons you want, and prepare a custom quote for your gym.

    Do you offer demos and support in English?

    Yes. We run demos and provide support in both English and Turkish, including for gyms and studios outside Türkiye. The dashboard and SporvizorSporvizorMobile are currently available in Turkish only.
