Your existing turnstiles and cards
On go-live day, we connect our controller to your existing turnstiles. Card and wristband numbers move over with your data, so you don't need to issue new cards to your members.
Members don't sign up again
Members who use a card keep entering with the same card after the switch, with their sessions left and expiration dates unchanged. Members who download

How long does it take to switch gym software?
You can switch to Sporvizor in a week. We collect your data, map it to Sporvizor, review it with you in a test account, and go live on the day you choose.
What data do you migrate?
Members and contact details; active memberships, expiration dates, and sessions left; frozen memberships; payment and sales history; RFID card and wristband numbers; products and inventory levels; staff and instructors; and your class schedule. We migrate whichever of these your current software has.
My member list is in Excel. Can you import it?
Yes. We map the columns in your Excel or CSV file to Sporvizor's member, membership, and sessions-left fields, import them, and check with you on any rows that don't match up. If you don't have a file at all, we can also migrate from paper records.
Which software can you migrate from?
Any software that can export your data (Excel/CSV). If there's no export, we can also migrate from printed reports and paper records.
Does my gym have to close during the switch?
No. Your old system keeps running until go-live day, and on that day we import the final changes and connect your turnstiles to Sporvizor.
Will my existing turnstiles and cards work after the switch?
Yes. On go-live day, we connect our controller to your existing turnstiles; it works with turnstiles, speed gates, and door locks. Card and wristband numbers are transferred during data migration, so you don't need to issue new cards to your members.
Do my members need to do anything?
No. Members don't sign up again: those who use a card keep entering with the same card, and their sessions left and expiration dates move over unchanged. If you use Mobile, members download the app and scan the QR code your staff shares with them; they're signed in to their account automatically.
Do you offer training after the switch?
Yes. We train your staff on go-live day. The Sporvizor dashboard opens in the browser on any phone, tablet, or computer, so your team can work from their own devices from day one.
Does data migration cost extra?
Data migration support is included in every plan. For multi-branch businesses and very large datasets, we define the scope together.
Is my data safe?
Migration files stay with our migration team only and are deleted once the job is done.
