What is gym membership software?
Gym membership software tracks memberships, payments, entries, and attendance in one place. With Sporvizor, expiration dates and days left are calculated automatically, expired members can't get through the turnstile, the front desk gets a call task for members who haven't been in for a while, and café purchases are paid from the member's e-wallet.
Do I need to replace my existing turnstile?
No. We connect our controller to your existing turnstile. If you'd like, we can also supply new turnstiles with turnkey installation.
How do membership freezes work?
Your gym sets the freeze rules. Staff freeze a membership from the dashboard and can set it to unfreeze automatically after a set number of days or months. Frozen members can't get through the turnstile until the freeze ends.
How many branches do you support?
On the Enterprise plan, the branch limit is set to fit your needs.
What should I look for in gym membership software?
Check that expired memberships are enforced at the turnstile, that members who stop coming are flagged in time, that group class booking lives in the same system, that café and inventory sales are tied to members, and that all your branches run from one account. Also ask whether your current members and card numbers can be moved over.
